RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Before starting a return, please check if your item is eligible for a return first.
If you would like to start a return, contact our customer service to get approval before taking any other steps.
If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without first requesting a return. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the lost item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unstained, unwashed. Items must not have been ironed or repaired by the customer, which affect their original condition.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not in its original condition and the customer will be responsible for the loss of the item.
We do not offer free return shipping Label. Customers are responsible for return fees of their items.
Non -Happy Margot items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt. We are not responsible for Non-Happy Margot items sent to our return address and customers will be responsible for the loss of the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and let you know if the return was approved.
In case your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit that you can use on our online store. The amount of the refund for returns will be the actual amount paid. If a coupon or a discount was used, the refunded amount will be based on the discounted price. Shipping fees are not included in the refunded amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In certain circumstances, items cannot be returned even if they are found to be defective. These include :
- Items that have been in customer possession for more than 14 days.
- Items that are not in their original condition, items that have been worn, used, stained, washed, ironed or repaired by the customer, which affect their original condition
- Final sales items
- Gift cards
Damages:
In the eventuality your item arrives damaged or defective, we are deeply sorry. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item for assistance.Once your return is accepted, we will resend you the product.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. When you return your item, you will be issued a store credit in the amount you paid for the items minus any shipping and handling fee if applicable. Then you will be able to make another purchase.
