Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time. Order processing time is separate from the delivery time. In stock items are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Most in stock items ship the next day when ordered before 3PM (weekend excluded). Preorders items ship within 1 to 2 weeks (usually within 10 days) after order is placed and Personalized items are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after order placement.

Happy Margot reserves the right to ship items individually or combined. If your order contains both Preorders and In stock items, all items will ship together within 1 to 3 weeks of ordering.  (Please make sure you check the status of your items before ordering).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic 

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout for domestic customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic orders qualifies for free shipping when you spend $50 or more.

  • International

We are proud to offer international shipping so that customers around the world can enjoy our jewelry. 

A flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout for international customers. The shipping fee depends on the weight of your package and your location. Some countries may have the option of expedited shipping. Your order may qualify for free shipping when you spend $125  or more. 

 International orders are delivered duty unpaid and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department. The fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Considerations

Please note that while we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, and carrier-related disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience should such circumstances arise.

Inputting your address

To ensure your package is delivered properly, please input your address and contact information correctly including all required and relevant information. Make sure to use the correct building and apartment numbers as well as the correct abbreviations. 

Happy Margot will not be liable for failed delivery attempts resulting from customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of incorrect or incomplete delivery information such as the shipping address, contact number, or recipient’s name. In such cases, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

In the event you notice your address has been input incorrectly,  contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue before shipping.
